libs-gui Release 0.32.0

This version adds binding support for NSBrowser, NSOutlineView and NSTableView. Plus the usual bunch of bug fixes.

GNUStep now has badges

Finally I got around implementing and committing badge support in GNUStep! I think it is one of the fine additions Apple did to the original OpenStep spec.
